General

  • All commissioners must be 18+ or have a legal guardian as an intermediary
  • NSFW commissions are strictly limited to 18+ clients
  • All characters must be owned by the client or have permission from their respective owner(s)
    (There are some exceptions for gift/fan art)   
  • Finished works are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial requests.
  • Credit for finished works must be given to “Blue Dog Art Studio” or “Gravey D. Train” if posted

Payments

  • All payments are completed through Paypal invoices from Blue Dog Art Studio
  • Orders equal to or under $150 must be paid in full for work to begin
  • Orders over $150 are open to payment plans at client request
  • DO NOT TIP ME ON STREAM AS PAYMENT

Refund Policy

  • Clients are entitled to full refunds if no work has begun on their commission(s)
  • Clients are entitled to partial refunds based on work completed if work has begun on their commission(s)
  • If commission(s) cannot be completed 6 weeks from payment (barring extenuating circumstances such as delayed client communication, emergencies, illness, etc.) then a full or partial refund will be offered based on completion at the time of offering
  • Accepting a refund offered after 6 weeks will cancel your commission

Violating the TOS will forfeit your right to a refund

Work Process

  • Deadlines can be requested, but must be reasonable and will incur an additional fee
  • Clients are entitled to two edits during the sketching phase and one minor edit during the lineart phase
  • Edits that explicitly contradict initial instructions will not be considered
  • Anything not included in the provided reference(s) or requested during the sketching phase may not be included in final piece
  • Completed artwork will be provided by either direct messaging, or email
  • Clients are entitled to request a progress update once a week

Twitch Redeems

  • Colored icon of character with simple background and no shading can be redeemed multiple times
  • Colored full body drawing of character with simple background and no shading limited to 1 redeem per person
  • Complex features fee will be waived depending on complexity otherwise a reduced fee will apply
  • Additional characters, shading, or complex backgrounds are not permitted

These Terms of Service are a legally binding “Agreement” between Blue Dog Art Studio (“me”) and you (referred to as “commissioner” “client” “you” or “your”). By providing me your completed commission form and/or email for invoicing, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you must explicitly state this to me in writing via email.
